Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice that uses little to no muscles, just breath. Poses are created to allow the body to open and stretch with little movement. Through this practice you will develop a better control of the breath and begin to connect with the body in a different way. This is a great class to take before a more active (Yang) practice. Blankets, bolsters and blocks may be used to help the body let go and relax, finding the very edges of the body and mind.
