Lisa Granger took her first Yoga class in 1998.   As a long time runner who has participated in many races and competed in triathlons, Lisa noticed her flexibility and abdominal strength improving as her yoga practice grew.   Eager to learn more, she has taken different styles of Yoga classes and completed her 200 hour training with Shanti Shanti Yoga School. Lisa’s classes will always include corework.  She believes a strong foundation helps posture and balance needed throughout life.

Lisa is also a Physician Assistant who graduated from Western University of Health Sciences. She is board certified in Primary Care and Surgery.

In her spare time, she’s a southern California girl who enjoys camping, mountain bike riding , kayaking and paddle boarding.  Her long term goal is to achieve her 500 hour Yoga certification,  incorporate Ayurvedic healing, the sister science of Yoga into her practice and who know’s maybe lead retreats to New Zealand!
