I first came to yoga in 2004, deciding to add yoga to my obsessive and rigorous fitness regimen to alleviate muscle tension. Immediately I realized that yoga was the therapy I desperately needed to gain clarity, self-acceptance and confidence. For the five years thereafter I practiced religiously, always knowing I wanted to someday teach and share yoga's abundant gifts with others. In May of 2009 I received my 200 hour certification from Cloud Nine Yoga.

Yoga has given me so much and I hope to share these blessings. My goals are to help my students overcome challenges, gain body awareness and find peace within themselves. I believe true joy can be found everyday on your mat.
