week at Deep Dog Yoga Studio!
New Classes for Spring and Summer:
Mondays @ 6pm/ Pilates Fusion (level 1-2) with Mitra
Wednesdays @ 6pm/Mat Pilates (level 1) with Molly
Wednesday @ 6pm/Intro-Beginner Class w/ Jody
Fridays @ 6pm/Fitness Zen (Level 2) w/ Alisha, Michelle and Lisa (alternating teachers)
Sundays @ 10am/Level 2 class with Alisha
All these classes will help you get into shape for
summer and help balance your
mind, body and spirit!
Workshop:
INTRO TO POWER YOGA
Led by Lisa Granger, Power Yoga Teacher
Saturday, May 21st
1pm-3 pm.
Thinking about trying Power Yoga but feel afraid to by it's name? This fun and challenging high energy class designed for Yogi's of all levels will leave you feeling rejuvenated and will help release tension stored in the body.We'll explore letting go of the ego and learn to honor our bodies through vinyasa flow. Introduction to breathe techniques will be taught to help cool and warm the body.
Start May off with trying something new and tap into your full potential to further your practice.
Cost is $25.00/ 22.50 for auto renewal students
