This is a great way to share this amazing practice.!

As the summer approaches and the weather changes, we would like to remind everyone to drink drink and drink more water! Hydrating the body is so important, especially when things begin to heat up and please don't forget to hydrate yourself after or before a yoga class.
We will be exploring some poses within these warmer months that will help us cool our bodies! Two great poses that help with this are Viparitu Karani (Legs up the Wall) and Supta Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose). Each allow the heart to open, the spine to elongate and allows the natural relaxation of the breath, which all help cool down the body. These poses are great ways to restore the body's normal temperature.
So come into DDY this summer and allow yourself to be guided through a beautiful practice that will create the balance between heat and coolness in the body and refresh the mind and spirit!
Shanti,
DDY
