Hello Yogis and Yoginis, 

We are canceling a couple classes tomorrow for Labor Day!

We will continue to have a Yoga class @ 9am and

 an All Levels Class @ 6pm

(6 pm Pilates and 7pm class are cancelled)

  This gives you a chance to either get to your yoga practice early before the BBQs or maybe you can choose to sleep in and head to yoga in the evening before the work week begins!

 Either way, we have a class for you!  

Many of the teachers are heading to BhatkiFest this week so there will be some changes to teachers on the schedule for the week. Please check out our schedule page for more info. 

We hope to come back from BhaktiFest more energized and with more knowledge of this great practice.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. We are hopeful to be back to our regular schedule next week and add a couple more classes.
