Happy Halloweeen Yogis and Yoginis!

We hope that you enjoy the day, giving and receiving treats!

We just wanted to send a little reminder that we will not be having evening classes tonight so that our Deep Dog Yoga family can attend to all of their little ghouls and goblins at home.

Also, we would love to create a safer space on the road for all those treat-or-treaters out there! Please be careful!
