Let's face it,  the Holidays are kicking in and we ALL know what that can do to us!

Join ELA Corcoran and DDY Saturday and learn to handle some of the anxiety that this joyous season can bring. You will walk away with tools you can use, even when you are standing in line at Macy's, sweating because they never put the air on!

Also, you will learn techniques that can assist your children with school stress. Kids are under a lot of pressure these days to achieve great success! Last Sunday, my 5th grader was in panic mode, huddled in the corner, not able to breathe because she had too much homework! What? She's 10!!  Yes, I'm bringing her...kids are welcome.

Seriously, theses are simple tools and I hope you can make it! I don't want you having to break out the pepper spray just because you didn't come to the workshop!
