Yoga Nidra means 'Yogi Sleep' or "Sleep with awareness". This is a guided meditation class using Yoga Nidra to help center the mind, body and spirit. This calm, sleep-like state can help to relieve anxiety, insomnia, stress and had been implemented to help soldiers cope with PTSD. So please join us and allow one of our teachers to guide you through this beautiful practice.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
